Chef Sbu just opened a new hotel in Umhlanga as Executive Chef in the middle of the pandemic.


You may ask any chef and they will agree....... No chef will ever be successful with out the support of his/her kitchen brigade. As chefs we spend many hours to build and train a team. Seeing the human side behind the apron is very important it's not all about production and no heart.


Chef Sbu has this ability to work with jnr chefs. He patiently guides his team, taking the time to mould them and the most important he gives them the space to also learn from mistakes.


NO ONE CAN DO THIS ALONE!
