THE PEOPLE BEHIND THE APRONS - MEET ANDREW



Andrew has worked for many years as an Executive Pastry Chef, internationally and here in South Africa.


He was working for an international hotel group and was part of the hotel team that were retrenched in the middle of last year.


But a passion for baking can't be numbed. It was not long before he opened his own bakery from home during lockdown called Andrew's Bakery.


He is well know for the best carrot cake in town. I have seen orders of this devine cake flying all the way to Cape Town from Durban for a clients 70th birthday. He also makes a wide variety of other sweet treat as well as beautiful wedding cakes.


IN BOXING THEY SAY "ONE PUNCH AT A TIME ONE ROUND AT A TIME" . IT'S THE SAME IN LIFE. FOCUS ON ONE CHALLENGE AT A TIME. DON'T OVER THINK IT, AND THEN TACKLE THE NEXT ONE. DON'T BE AFRAID TO START OVER.
